Write to support@lutline.app. For a fast answer, include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The LUTLINE version (Settings → About inside the app)
- The camera and recording profile of the clip (for example "iPhone 16 Pro, Apple Log" or "DJI Mini 4 Pro, D-Log M")
- The clip's resolution and frame rate, and where it lives (Photos, Files, an external drive)
- For an export problem: the message on the result sheet and the text under Details
Please do not attach video you would not want us to see. A screenshot of the Recipe sheet is usually enough to reproduce a grade.

Purchases are handled by Apple. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases in LUTLINE Settings. To cancel or change a plan, open Manage Subscription in the app or your Apple Account settings. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Missing a camera profile? Tell us the camera, the Log profile and, if you have it, a link to the manufacturer's conversion LUT page. Look and feature suggestions are welcome at the same address.
Common questions before you write
My Log clip looks flat — the app didn't convert it.
Open the Source chip on the Adjust tab. If Auto shows "Standard", the file did not carry a recognisable profile (common after a transfer that strips metadata). Pick the brand, camera and profile manually; the choice is saved with the project.
The export stopped or reported an error.
The result sheet shows the reason under Details. Clips on an external drive must stay connected and awake for the whole render; copying the clip to the iPhone first is the reliable path. If Photos refuses a very large file, save to Files instead — the render is kept.
A look I paid for shows a Pro badge again.
Tap Restore Purchases in Settings while online once. Entitlements are verified by Apple on the device; a temporary network problem never removes access you have already paid for.
